Manor Lords offers you complete freedom of town planning - rotate and place buildings as you wish, anywhere you want. The building mechanics are based on the principles of real medieval towns and villages, when the formation and development of settlements depended heavily on the landscape and the location of important trade routes.

Features:

• Start with a central marketplace and gradually expand, building up residential, commercial and industrial districts, taking into account the natural landscape.
• Build farms on fertile soils, select sites for hunting grounds in wildlife habitat, and provide access to timber and other resources needed for construction and future development.
• Designate residential zones and watch as villagers begin to build their homes in full accordance with the historic feudal land lease system.
• Each region will be further subdivided based on the location of roads and allotments, and homes will be placed within them accordingly.
